Everything for this product is indeed as advertised and overall I am pleased with the purchase. Be aware however that because this is a “one size fits most” sort of product, if your partner is very fit, you will have an excess of velcro strap hanging past the cuffs. If you are looking for a roleplay item, or something that is quickly attachable and detachable, this is it. If you want something more functional I would look elsewhere. Were your partner\sub so inclined (s)he could easily reach and pull the lengthy velcro straps, releasing themselves. I haven’t had time to make the attempt but I believe it would not be difficult to cut and sew the straps so they don’t hang, making them more difficult for the bound person to detach the item. On the plus side, quick releasing velcro straps are very safe. Should your partner have a severe cramp or other situation arise, you can get these off quickly with minimal fuss.

Ah also, the metal links keeping the cuffs attached to each, while not fragile and easily broken, are not the strongest either. I went to walmart and picked up a couple 1\4″ “quick links” from the hardware section as reinforcement. Two for two bucks or so.
